And obesity among teens and children are on a rapid rise. Presently, the wealth of technology and automation in the US has begun to take a toll on public health. People just aren't as active as they were in the past.
My mission as a Health Coach and Personal Trainer is to help you so you are not one of these statistics. If you are ready, I will help you to move forward in your fitness and wellness journey.
I will work with you to get you moving again so you can enjoy your everyday activities without pain. You will learn to incorporate movement into everyday activities. You don't have to go to a gym to be healthy and active. There are a variety of ways you can get your exercise in. We will collaborate to find out what is best for your body.
I am certified by NASM and have extensive training in senior fitness (silver sneakers), golf fitness, TRX suspension training sports medicine, and water aerobics. With my years of experience in personal training and group class training, I will be able to educate you and guide you in your choices of exercise.
I am available to do a fitness assessment to help you know where to start on your fitness journey. Fitness assessments are done on Zoom or if you live locally, I can come to you.
