My Training & Approach

 

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in a “whole” approach to nutrition, health coaching, and prevention.

 

I received my Health Coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition®, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories, hormone health and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. I am also board Certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners. I am proud to be a NBC-HWC certified coach. 

 

Drawing on my expertise as well as life experiences, I work with clients like you to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results, that will transform your life. You will develop a deeper understanding of healthy lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, hormone balance, health, relationships, happiness, and peace. I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

 

As NBC-HWC Health Coach, my intention is to help you discover your insights, identify and enhance your strengths and values. This type of coaching process keeps the growth and change you want in your life alive. In other words, I will fan the flames of change to improve your health and well-being.  I will empower you and provide ongoing support and guidance as you choose your focus, set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

As a Christian Health Mentor and coach, I will help you discover why it is important to honor God with your body so you can have a healthy body image.

 

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated.

 

We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationship as well as career, and if you choose, we can explore spiritual practice. I will listen carefully and together we will navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice to explore what truly works for you. My Goal is to bring the very best of my knowledge and experience to you, so you feel confident in our work together. 

 

As a health coach professional, it is my priority to grow, walk the talk and continue my education to stay on top of what is happening in the health and fitness industry to better serve you as a client.

 

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Keto, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between.
