" Diane started me on a detox. This turned into a lifestyle change with regards to eating. I very quickly began to lose weight.
At the start of this I weighed a whopping 248 pounds. I lost 20 pounds within a couple of months. Over the next year I gained back close to 10 pounds. I was struggling to keep up with the cooking requirements due to long hours at work. After one year of this we started another cleanse and again I lost another 25 pounds. Again we changed, built on and improved what we ate, where it came from as well as what time we ate. All the while, Diane was consistently encouraging, motivating as well as holding me accountable. This past May while staying in tune to my personal struggles, with time Diane came to us with another approach which would be more accommodating to my demanding schedule. This new approach combined with exercise has made a tremendous difference. I now get up at 5:30 most mornings, exercise, eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was at 248 pounds with a size 42 waist.  I now weigh 189 pounds and have a 34 waist. I have more energy than I have since high school. I have also renewed relationships with my family simply due to the fact that I have more energy, much more clear thought process and am able to focus. I no longer take any medications whatsoever and all indicators are at the proper levels.  That's right, no blood sugar medications."
